The Epic Saga called “Game of Thrones” has finally come to an end. After entertaining us for almost a decade with 8 seasons, we have to finally bid adieu to perhaps the Greatest Show of all times. Although fans are divided over how the ending went, there is no debating that we have loved the show, cried, laughed and experienced all sorts of emotion with it.

But now that the last war over the Throne is done and over with, how to fill the void that it has created? Perhaps nothing else can fill the void, but Netizens can’t stop watching things right? Right!

Big Little Lies


Plot: Big Little Lies stars Nicole Kidman, Reese Witherspoon and Shailene Woodley and tells the story of three emotionally troubled women in Monterey, California, who become embroiled in a murder investigation. Season 2 is set to release this summer and has Meryl Streep in the cast. This series had won major Emmy Awards with just one season and is a must watch

Plot: Barry is created by Alec Berg and Bill Hader. It stars Hader as the eponymous lead character, a hitman from the Midwest who travels to Los Angeles to kill someone and then finds himself joining an acting class taught by Henry Winkler’s character. Critically acclaimed and winner of 2 Emmy awards, it has been renewed for a third season this April by HBO

My Brilliant Friend

Plot: My Brilliant Friend (Italian: L’amica geniale) is an Italian-American television series based on the novel of the same name by Elena Ferrante. It is the first of four novels in the Neapolitan Novels series to be adapted for television. An eight-episode miniseries, a second season is slated to come soon.

True Detective


Plot: True Detective is an anthology crime drama television series created and written by Nic Pizzolatto. The series premiered on January 12, 2014. But the basic idea follows that homicides are solved by a group of detectives! Highly loved by its viewers, a fourth season is in the making.

The Deuce

Plot: The Deuce features a cast that includes James Franco and Maggie Gyllenhaal. It tells the story of the Golden Age of Porn, the legalization and rise of the porn industry in New York City that began in the 1970s. Themes explored include government and police corruption, the violence of the drug epidemic and the real-estate booms and busts that coincided with the change. The show’s title is derived from the nickname for 42nd Street between Seventh Avenue and Eighth Avenue. It has been renewed for a 3rd season as originally planned.

His Dark Materials


Plot: This is an upcoming British fantasy adventure series based on the novel series of the same name by Philip Pullman. Catherine – The Great


Plot: Special mention of the upcoming new Period Drama mini-series Catherine- The Great which is a joint venture by HBO and Sky Atlantic (United Kingdom). It follows the life of the Russian Empress by the same name and the lead role is played by Oscar Winning actress Helen Mirren.
